I am a 42 year old male and for almost 3 years, I have been trained by Lee, the owner of Lifestylz Fitness and Buddy Bootcamp. My training with Lee started because I thought I needed some help getting into better condition to start really working out hard in a gym. I thought I only need four weeks of instruction to get going and also to keep from being sore or hurting myself again.

That was close to three years ago. I have since cancelled my gym membership and workout with Lee privately or in groups during Buddy Bootcamp. I now spend less time exercising. Much less time. I am a female nearly 55 years old, although in my mind I don`t feel a day over 35. It pains me to see people my age who are old before their time. I`m sure part of that can be attributed to poor eating habits and lack of exercise. I have always done some sort of exercise but after my mother died unexpectedly of a massive heart attack at the age of 61, I became much more attentive to my health and well-being.

I have used a personal trainer in the past and I will tell you that I have accomplished more in 20 months with Lee than what I did in four years with my previous trainer. Through Lee`s expertise I am getting the lean, cut look that I have always wanted. I`m barely five feet tall and bulking up was not what I wanted. Now I`m strong but a lean machine. When I started with Lee I was about 118 pounds. The last time I weighed at the doctor`s office I was 103.

He was spot on in my physical assessment in noticing problems with the ITB on my left leg and rotator problems on my right shoulder without me mentioning either one.
